I actually pinned a card similar to this on my Pinterest inspiration board (designed by Karolyn Loncon), and it came to mind right away when I spotted this stationery set on the site:
It was really easy to combine the inspiration with the card sketch I had pinned - in fact it's just a regular card with the front folded back. The sentiment is also die cut "Merry Christmas" in the same golden yellow paper as the moon and the 'window lighting'. It was adhered to the center piece you can't see, but you discover it when you pull the card open...the moon holds it together when it's closed. The Pinterest pin used DSP, but instead I only used solid papers and I just flicked my white dip-pen ink onto the entire surface of the card (using a small paint brush) to create the irregular snowy effect. What fun!

Nice holiday card, Audrie! Like the Santa die cut. Your "irregular" flicked now looks good. I ordered that die but it's not coming in til next Mon. They assured me they will ship my entire order then. Can't wait to get this die and the way-too-much other stuff I ordered.

What a cool fold, for this fun Christmas scene. Love the way you did the lit village at the base, Audrie, and then held it together with your full golden moon
